About Amy

Amy started producing cakes in 2010. She quickly formed Amy's Cakes Ltd, providing cupcakes, and celebration cakes directly to the public for events such as weddings, birthdays, christenings or just to enjoy privately. The business grew steadily building up a devoted client base over the next few years. Eventually Amy needed to rebuild her kitchen due to the volume of orders and in 2017 a large renovation of her business premises took place, meaning she could increase her output. 
In 2018, Amy decided to expand further and purchased Posh Puds, a company specialising meringues. With the incorporation of Posh Puds, Amy's portfolio of products increased as well as her client base. 
Amy now sells many different styles of cakes, meringues, breads and brownies to restaurants and hotels, but also directly to members of the public providing wedding cakes, birthday cakes, christening cakes and other large celebration cakes along with cupcakes.
Amy is fully registered with Wirral Council and has a 5 Star Hygiene Rating.
