Amy makes meringues for many restaurants & hotels on The Wirral, Liverpool and Cheshire. The restaurants fill the meringues themselves, with our company supplying the shells. The main orders are nests, shells and broken (sheets) meringues (for Eton Mess) but Amy is able to make any type of meringue you require.
