Meringue Letter E

My customers daughter, Emma, doesn't like cake but her mum wanted to celebrate her birthday with meringue, and asked me to make her initial instead. I made three layers of the same shape, and then filled in between with Chantilly cream, and topped with Chantilly cream and fresh fruit with flowers! My customer was very happy with the result and Emma loved it too:)
