There’s something truly magical about taking just two simple ingredients and turning them into something beautiful. That’s the heart of what we do here at Posh Puds — creating light, crisp, melt-in-the-mouth meringues made from nothing more than free-range eggs from Appleby’s Farm on the Wirral and sugar.
I took over Posh Puds in 2018, continuing to grow the business alongside my cake supply business. What started as a small homemade dessert brand has become a trusted local supplier, with our meringues enjoyed in restaurants and cafés across Merseyside and Cheshire.
Every batch is handmade from scratch and whipped to perfection. We supply restaurants with large meringue sheets (also called broken meringue), perfect for building classic Eton Mess and other creative desserts. These sheets make it easy for chefs to design their own puddings — layering our crisp meringue with cream, seasonal fruit, and sauces.
But that’s not all we make. Our range includes:

We’re not just small-batch; we have the capacity to make thousands of meringues each week, supplying restaurants, cafés, caterers, and dessert makers. We personally deliver across Merseyside and Cheshire, ensuring our meringues arrive fresh and in perfect condition.
