I wanted to do a little blog about the meringue side of my baking business!
This is a huge part of my business and my corporate customer base is growing annually, I bake thousands of meringues a month and deliver them all over the North West. The meringues available are endless, some of the most popular are nests, pillows, and broken meringue for Eton Mess. I can post out meringues via courier for further afield customers.
My meringues are chewy on the inside and crunchy on the outside, and prove very very popular in the restaurants.
I also take smaller orders, for dinner parties, or just if you fancy a box of meringues!
