Bluey Cake for Micah's 2nd Birthday!
Stella asked me to make this Bluey cake for her little girls 1st Birthday, Micah. The cake is an 8 inch, four layer vanilla caked filled with jam and buttercream. I love doing children's cakes, plus I don't do that many fondant cakes anymore because of the current fashion for buttercream cakes. Buttercream cakes are definitely a lot easier to do, but I have done so so many fondant cakes in previous years, its like riding a bike, I get straight back into them!
