8 inch four layer Strawberry & Vanilla Gateaux

One of my favourite cakes to make - the gateaux! This one is four layer of soft vanilla sponge, with strawberry jam & Chantilly cream, topped with fresh strawberries, fresh cream and freeze dried strawberries. The outside of the gateaux has toasted almonds and fresh cream:)
